Prints are true-to-the-original reproductions on archival-quality art paper, sold unframed and posted flat in board-backed Do Not Bend envelopes. Colours may vary very slightly from screen to paper.
Custom portraits are hand-painted to order from the photos you supply. You approve a proof before I finalise the piece. Because they are personalised, custom portraits cannot be returned or refunded once painted — please check your proof carefully.
If your order arrives damaged, email a photo to hellopupnpun@gmail.com within 14 days and I'll replace it or refund you.
Standard is Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£3.95, 2–4 working days). Express courier is £7.95, next working day, tracked and signed for. Timings are estimates once the item has been posted.
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.
