By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer under UK law.
Prints are true-to-the-original reproductions on archival-quality art paper, sold unframed and posted flat in board-backed Do Not Bend envelopes. Because every original is hand-painted and screens vary, colours may differ very slightly from what you see online.
Custom portraits are hand-painted to order from the photos you supply, and you approve a proof before I finalise the piece. Because they are personalised and made to your specification, they are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right described below and cannot be returned or refunded once painted. That is exactly why I send a proof for you to sign off first, so please check it carefully.
If you are a consumer buying a standard print, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days without giving a reason. This period ends 14 days after the day your order is delivered.
This cancellation right does not apply to custom portraits or other personalised items.
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply: goods must be as described and of satisfactory quality. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email a photo to hello@pupnpun.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and I will make it right, with a full refund or a replacement print or re-made portrait, whichever you prefer. This applies to custom portraits too.
Standard delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48 at £3.95 (2 to 4 working days). Express courier is £7.95 for next working day, tracked and signed for. Timings are estimates once the item has been posted and depend on the carrier. I post across the UK; for anywhere further afield, email me first for a quote.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the total you pay for the item, with postage added at checkout. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; your card details go straight to Stripe and never pass through Pup n' Pun.
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and any disputes can be dealt with by the courts of Northern Ireland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
